Key Responsibilities Leadership Hiring Strategy: Partner with business heads and HR to define leadership hiring strategies understanding the specific talent needs across domains. Talent Sourcing: Leverage external channels including headhunting executive search firms LinkedIn and other networking tools to source top leadership talent. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including operations solutions transitions training & quality teams to ensure alignment in leadership hiring goals. Domain Expertise: Hire for leadership roles in diverse sectors including but not limited to:o Travel Utilities Shipping & Logisticso Insurance Banking & Financial Serviceso Hi-Tech & Professional Serviceso Manufacturing & Retail Consumer Productso Procurement Serviceso Healthcare and Finance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding by guiding candidates through interview processes compensation negotiations and role onboarding.
