Job Description
The mission of the Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is to be the unrivaled advisor for global payment fraud management and our vision is to be the most valuable partner in lasting client relationships. We are the consultative arm of Visas Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) organization that offers a vast portfolio of solutions to our merchant partner issuer and acquirer portfolios.

The Sr. Consultant Risk Solution Services will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends developing strategies to mitigate these trends and working closely with Visas clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Communication and Presentation: Delivers clear and concise messages effectively and appropriately shares best practices and communicates confidently to audiences of all levels.
- Consulting Expertise: Enhances client success by fostering strategic relationships aligned with RSS effectively represents client interests for product enhancements.
- Solutions Delivery: Maximizes client engagement through automation machine learning and effective communication of portfolio updates influences adoption of RSS.
- Analysis Data and Reporting: Enhances automation to align KPIs with Visa objectives collaborates to improve current and future reporting capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Acquires and shares payment industry insights educates clients on payment systems stays updated on the global competitive landscape and adapts solutions based on competitive knowledge.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site).
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications
- Working in eCommerce payment industry
- Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products projects and programs
- Deriving insights and action items through analysis
- Providing Solutions Delivery/professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Exceptional presentation consultative and communication skills
- Proficiency in Python Java or another major programming language with a focus on data analysis machine learning or algorithm development
- Skilled in using SQL for data analysis
- Hands-on experience in handling and mining large diverse data sets
- Demonstrated experience working with or fine-tuning machine learning models in fast-paced real-time prediction environments.
