Full-Time Hotel Receptionist 30338 per annum Benefits
Were looking for a FUN PASSIONATE and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at a vibrant central London hotel!
Salary: 30338 per annum (14.96 per hour)
Shifts: Full flexibility required weekdays and weekends including mornings days and evenings
Location: Pullman London St Pancras
What youll do:
- Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
- Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
- Offer recommendations on local activities dining and entertainment
- Identify priority guests VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
- Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
- Handle guest messages mail and room moves as needed
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- A welcoming professional attitude with strong communication skills
- A knowledge of Londons activities restaurants and local attractions
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
