Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys greeting people with friendliness and professionalism and who thrives in a role where no two days are the same.
Were looking for someone who is ready to go the extra mile to ensure our residents and guests feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
As a Welcome Host / Concierge you will be the first point of contact for all visitors creating a lasting impression by greeting them in a friendly courteous and professional manner. You will also provide vital assistance to the concierge team helping to maintain a consistently high standard of service across the reception and resident experience areas.
Hours: 40 hours per week shifts from 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday. Flexibility to work differing shifts is required.
Salary: 30015 per annum
This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
Qualifications :
Must have experience in the service industry. Energetic strong attention to details and excellent customer service.
