What Youll Be Doing
You will join a team that goes above and beyond for their clients. As an Investment Representative at the Wood Gundy Investment Centre you will work closely with Investment Advisors to offer support proactively improve the client experience and effectively manage all administrative aspects of Wood Gundy branch operations.

How Youll Succeed
Client Engagement Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful. Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships. Identify activities processes and opportunities to improve the client experience.
Operations/Administration Provide day-to-day operation and administrative support to the branch and Investment Advisors including managing debits client files and administrative and transactional banking functions in adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
Sales Support and Customer Service Perform Investment Advisor duties such as taking buy/sell orders of money market products bonds stocks and mutual funds ensuring accuracy of all particulars pertaining to the trade. Ensure customer service standards and operational procedures are maintained by liaising among many departments within Wood Gundy.
Who you Are
Youre a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH) and Investment Representative (IR) licensing. It is an asset if you have Registered Representative (RR) licensing. Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.
