Join St Mungos as a Service Director and play a key role in shaping and delivering outstandinghousing and support services. Leading our North London Region and Care Services youll drive excellence acrossspecialist services while fostering integration efficiency and innovation.
As part of the leadership team youll champion client involvement drive external relationships and oversee specialist best-practice initiatives. Your strategic influence will shape St Mungos future ensuring high-quality services strong financial management and an unwavering commitment to transforming lives.
In the role of Service Director responsibilities include:
In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill London on site within your region or other St Mungos London or regional locations.
This allows for training in person collaboration team building line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working from home or other St Mungos London or regional locations.
About you
We are looking for an innovative leader who is looking for a new challenge who can demonstrate dynamic problem-solving adaptability and a forward thinking approach who can drive change inclusively delivering measurable improvements and results.
