Could you be the full-time Train Electrical Engineer (TEE) in Bangalore were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality cost and delivery of electrical engineering deliverables contributing to the success of our projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Managers Train System Engineers Experts and RAMS specialists) provide operational management of the Schematics & Apparatus (S&A) and Electrical Harness Integration (EHI) teams and much more.
Youll specifically take care of architecture definition technology choices and harness integration but also lead design reviews and manage team deliverables.
Well look to you for:
Conducting carry-over analysis for electrical products to identify reusable components
Contributing to workload and non-recurring cost (NRC) estimations
Defining electrical architecture including equipment content positioning pathways and break zones
Collaborating on the definition of scope of supply between train and subsystems
Interfacing between project teams and the Center of Excellence (CoE) for electrical engineering
Managing internal and external activities including workload planning and risk assessments
Ensuring baselining and deliverables reviews for your scope
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical engineering domain

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of railway electrical engineering
Knowledge of electrical CAD tools like See One or Catia EHI
Familiarity with train systems functions and industrialization and manufacturing of harnesses
A minimum of 5 years of experience in activity or team management
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Ability to functionally manage a team of 5 to 10 people
