Position Summary: As a Casual Spa Therapist at St. Pancras London you will be responsible for delivering high-standard spa treatments while strictly adhering to treatment protocols and health & safety guidelines. Your role requires providing exceptional treatments and guest service with a professional welcoming attitude and strong product knowledge. Additionally you will actively drive revenue by upselling treatments enhancements and retail products while supporting overall spa goals through consistent performance and service excellence. Your contribution is key to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities:Heres what your journey with us entails
- Working with selected vendors for spa retail operations to deliver an outstanding guest service spa experience.
- Providing all spa treatments as required ensuring outstanding guest service at all times.
- Taking ownership of spa treatment rooms ensuring areas are presentable.
- Using and selling retail products.
- The role encompasses working with the Director of Spa / Spa Operations Manager to successfully execute all spa and leisure operations; striving to continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
- It will be your responsibility to use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their visit and to make their experience in the spa areas unique.
- Complying with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards.
- Following lost property procedures.
- Complying with Brand Standards when cleaning and getting each room ready for the guests arrival.
- Delivering an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
- Attitude grooming standard body language and tone need to be positive supportive and on brand at all times.
- You are expected to deliver service to your full potential.
- You are also expected to carry out other duties that may be required to ensure the overall hotel operation is properly maintained to provide a total guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of standards and procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Level 3 Certificates on both massage and facial.
