Maintenance Administrator
Job Title:Maintenance Assistant (CSJ Title:Administrative Assistant)
Contract Term:8-week term (Canada Summer Jobs Grant contract)
Hourly Rate: $ 16.50
Start Date:July 7 at the latest
End Date:August 31 2025
Hours of Work:35 hours per week

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must meet the criteria below to qualify for roles funded by Canada Summer Jobs.
- The candidate must be between the ages of 15 and 30 at the beginning of the employment period.
- The candidate must be a Canadian citizen permanent resident or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada
- The candidate must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment.

Job Overview:
The Maintenance Administrator will work in Dynaway to review maintenance requests complete POs process invoices and administrative tasks to support asset management such as taking photos and uploading to Dynaway.
Responsibilities:
- Review maintenance requests
- Complete purchase orders
- Process invoices
- Support asset management such as taking photos and uploading to Dynaway
Required Qualifications:
- Must meet the Canada Summer Jobs eligibility criteria.
- Education in Business Administration Administrative Assistant is an asset.
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite
