About the role

Anexciting opportunity has become available for a Lawyer to join ourpublic liability practice group on a permanent full-timebasis.

Working directly with a Partner who has a passion for training andmentorship this hands-on role will see you working alongside otherlawyers in the wider group on a variety of matters involving publicliability catastrophic injury property and industrial specialrisks class actions and alternative dispute resolution with aparticular focus on:

• Property damage defence claims
• Property damage recoveries claims
• Marine law claims
• Personal injury defence claims.

Thispractice regularly acts on behalf of insurers and private entitiesin complex and technical proceedings predominantly in thetelecommunications and marine insurance spheres.

About you

Ourideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and up to 3years PAE with a genuine passion and interest in the areasof litigation and insurance law. Your previous experience willinclude some exposure to advocacy work and you will have a keendesire to continue developing this skill.

Ourclients are at the heart of all that we do so we are looking for acandidate who demonstrates a strong client service focus and acommercial approach to all dealings.
