The candidate will be placed within the F&B department with the objective of providing support in the management and administration of extra staff in coordination with other departments from both an operational and organizational standpoint; specifically the resource will be responsible for contacting staff for scheduled work days communicating the shift schedule in a timely manner to the other offices involved and finally hourly and cost management of staff.
He/she will then perform tasks related to checking the departments generic costs and related documents to make sure they are correct for entry into the system.
In addition the resource will support in the management of orders inventories and the subsequent financial management of these aspects.
Finally the resource will be responsible for implementing company procedures and standards to support in ensuring departmental compliance.
