DescriptionThe purpose the role includes all activities linked and related to Classic Corporate portfolio management process management underwriting management including business development new product new segment development. Furthermore this role includes developing Multinational A&H programs for corporations across the country.

- Contribute at the delivery of balanced profitable growth with a specific focus on underwriting best practices and business development objectives and improvement of the profit of the corporate business portfolio.
- Plan underwriting and business development actions and report on progress.
- Expand the distribution of products through brokerage channel.
This involves developing and acquiring new business relations implementing and launching new programs including specifically Multinational with a leading contribution to some of the key sales and strategic account management actions representing Chubb A&H Corporate business both internally and externally.
You will be encouraged to operate with Underwriting Authority and in an environment of growing competition making the best use of technology and data management to drive efficiencies and economies of scale. Underwriting standards must be maintained and supervised through an ongoing process of mentoring auditing training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduced in the A&H Classic Corporate Italian broker community market will act proactively to develop the assigned business in compliance with underwriting guidelines assigned.
- Reporting to the Head of Corporate A&H Italy will manage the New Business acquisition assessing risks and setting the terms and rates upon to accept or decline the business within set parameters and underwriting authority assigned.
- Naturally oriented to portfolio management tasks and activities (portfolio maintenance and optimization scenario analysis) analyze statistics relating to all key metrics performance indicators on the assigned portfolio making recommendations to Underwriters/BDMs or Brokers directly to deliver and maintain systematically the desired level of profitability set by guidelines.
- Give to new product development with research and technical and UW risk assessment with a view to support the decision process -risk selection including as well as claims and liability and product management.
- Support the annual/quarter/monthly business plan and forecasts various sessions for the corporate portfolio.
- Relationship with regional CUOs for submission of complex risks - NB and renewals
- management of internal logs systematic analysis of portfolio trends dialogue with actuaries
