Youll drive impactful cultural change and lead the PLM4A Deployment for the D&IS product line ensuring alignment with the overall strategy. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (EPQ central team program stakeholders and deployment teams) relay communication effectively to all stakeholders and secure overall PLM4A deployment performance (QCD) and much more.
Well look to you for:
Leading the D&IS strategy for PLM4A deployment.
Acting as a central point of communication between the program and stakeholders.
Steering and coordinating cultural change initiatives within the D&IS product line.
Ensuring alignment of PLM4A deployment with organizational goals and objectives.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration to achieve digital transformation goals.
Providing clear consistent updates and insights to stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement.
