Make an impact at Serco
As a Finance Business Partner in the ASPAC Finance team youll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Youll work closely with Business Unit Finance and General Managers to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals and standards.
As a Finance Business Partner youll make a positive impact by:
- Acting as a trusted and accessible advisor to Business Unit Finance and General Managers
- Supporting month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Ensuring financial records forecasts and budgets are precise and well-documented
- Providing meaningful analysis and insights for strategic decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks

Your ideal skills & experience:
- Professional qualification (CA CPA or equivalent) or relevant experience
- Strong SAP ECC and Data Warehouse experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
