Content Specialist Brand & Customer Experience

  • 12-13 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Location Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane

About the role:

The Content Specialist is responsible for implementing impactful marketing programs that leverage content social and other online platforms to drive brand and business objectives across the Suncorp portfolio of brands.

More specifically you will:

  • Execute content and social campaigns. Including production dispatch and reporting on campaign performance across social digital and branded platforms.
  • Optimise content and social activity through regular analysis of results.
  • Manage content calendars across brands and channels working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive best practice programs by following the latest content and social trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Curate and amplify quality video influencer and partner content in paid earned and owned channels.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to support content and social initiatives involving 1-1 brand sponsorship corporate affairs SEO eComm and other stakeholders.
  • Utilise content social and digital platforms to build audiences and drive subscription/opt in for further remarketing (where relevant).
  • Work with agency and media partners to achieve shared goals.

About You:

  • Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing mandatory
  • 3 years marketing experience in a similar role (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on digital marketing social content development and curation.

Key Capabilities:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Experience working in key social platforms including publishing and analytics (Meta LinkedIn TikTok Reddit and YouTube).
  • A strong understanding of Creator and Influencer marketing
  • A strong grasp of social and content trends and creative best practices with the ability to apply them effectively to achieve brand objectives
  • Confidence working with various digital technologies and platforms.
