Were looking for an Offensive Security Developer to join our Attack Simulation team in Avivas Cyber Security function.
Youll be part of a team that mimics real-world threats to test and strengthen our defences. If youre passionate about red teaming love building offensive tools and want to make a real impact on how we protect millions of customersthis could be your next move.
A bit about the job:
Youll be on the front lines of cyber defencedesigning and executing red team engagements developing custom tools and simulating real-world threats to test and strengthen our security posture. Working alongside a highly skilled team youll help identify vulnerabilities across people processes and technology and play a key role in protecting millions of customers.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python C/C PowerShell .NET or Rust
Deep understanding of Windows/Linux internals and network protocols
Proven experience in cloud security testing and Command and Control frameworks
Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and advanced attack techniques
Several years of experience in offensive security or red teaming
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Experience with software development and CI/CD pipelines
Certifications such as OSCP CRTO OSEP or similar
Background in threat emulation or purple teaming
Exposure to regulated or government environments
