Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge communication skills objection handling and compliance with sales scripts.
- Analyze sales performance data including key metrics and KPIs to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to sales management regarding performance findings.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales quality assurance or a similar role within the sales domain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
- Team handling Experience.
