Recorded Futures Managed Services team blends tactical analysis with platform-level insights. Youre not just triagingyoure actively shaping how alerts evolve how SOPs scale and how we partner with Triage Analysts. Its a launchpad for developing deep threat expertise at scale.
- Independently triage green/amber alerts and Swimlane cases for assigned accounts
- Conduct threat research escalated by senior analystscovering phishing credential harvesting fraudulent domains data leakage social media monitoring and malicious infrastructure
- Identify and report alerting rule issues platform bugs or inefficiencies
- Partner with product/engineering to tune detection rules and correlation logic
- Draft and enhance SOPs that streamline daily research and response workflows
- Collaborate closely with the Triage Analyst team on pre-escalation activities
- Support shift hours (9AM5PM local) ensuring alerts are addressed timely and accurately
**Travel: Up to 10%**
- OSINT-Driven Research:You must be proficient in capturing and analyzing open-source intelligence including domain/DNS lookups phishing infrastructure identification dark-web searches and threat actor profiling.
- Internet Infrastructure Fluency:Solid working knowledge of web infrastructure basics is essential for accurate alert validation.
- Clear & Effective Communicator:You must articulate technical findings clearlyboth in written SOPs and spoken briefingsto internal teams and diverse possibly non-technical stakeholders.
- 02 years experience in threat intelligence incident response or security monitoring
- Familiarity with SIEMs/TIPs and alert triage best practices especially on platforms like Swimlane
- Analytical mindsetcurious methodical and quick to learn
- Strong collaboration ethic and a self-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
