This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.
Internship dates: September 2nd to December 19th 2025
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global procurement environment while contributing to tangible process improvements.
Support the documentation and optimization of intake and orchestration processes
Contribute to the development and update of procurement self-service tools (e.g. intake forms user guides)
Assist in analyzing procurement data and preparing summary reports or dashboards
Follow up on supplier onboarding and other administrative tasks linked to procurement operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify low-complexity sourcing tasks suitable for process automation or standardization
Participate in governance meetings and support the preparation of materials (e.g. slide decks action trackers)
Our ideal candidate has:
Strong interest in procurement operations or process optimization
Solid analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable using Excel PowerPoint and ideally Power BI
Bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset
Curious detail-oriented and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment
Preferred Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field
Location of the internship is Montreal Qc.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student work or international student permit the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
