As the Senior Manager Reporting & Analytics you will support the Tangerine Data & Analytics team in leading the development of data-driven insights and solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in supporting business objectives through advanced analytics performance measurement and stakeholder collaboration.
Is this role right for you In this role you will:
- Design and implement analytical solutions to evaluate performance and develop agent scorecards
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize operations
- Build standardized data products for the Operations domain
- Ensure well-defined data elements are available to support automation and enable self-service analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop roadmaps for analytics solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
- Integrate the Banks risk appetite and culture into daily decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and risk management practices
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding the development and implementation of advance analytics use cases
- Identify new data sources and applications to address compliance and operational gaps
- Apply best practices in communication and relationship management
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary education in Statistics Math Economics Business or related field; MBA or Masters Degree preferred
- Proven expertise in analytics data management and performance management
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Advanced statistical and machine learning skills (e.g. NLP SEM factor analysis supervised/unsupervised learning)
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as R Python and Spark
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical and executive audiences
- Strong attention to detail critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- The ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and make sound decisions under pressure
