About the Role:
Twelve Labs is on a mission to build the most powerful video understanding infrastructure. As part of this journey we are hiring a Lead Product Manager (Video Agent & Application) to spearhead the development of our first-ever video editing agent application. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation and user-centered design.
Youll lead a lean high-impact team of engineers and designers to shape the end-to-end experience of our video agent workflow. Youll define and execute product strategy build MVPs talk directly with users and identify core features that solve meaningful problems. Youll also partner closely with our science team to surface technical opportunities and steer research toward impactful directions.

You will:
Lead the initiative to launch Twelve Labs first intelligent video agent workflow and application designed to solve real customer problems.
Drive product discovery and design efforts from ideation through execution ensuring tight alignment across engineering design and science teams.
Develop a strong point of view on the evolving landscape of video agents identifying when to build buy partner or contribute to help Twelve Labs stay ahead.
Engage directly with customers and power users to understand pain points validate ideas and synthesize feedback into a compelling roadmap.
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end including internal testing user onboarding post-launch iteration and continuous improvement.
Champion strategic differentiation by identifying and building technically ambitious features that serve as long-term moats.
You may be a good fit if you have:
Youve built complex UX-centric applications. You have 5 years of product management experience and have shipped products with technical depth ideally those that incorporate generative AI or machine learning.
Youre deeply customer-focused. You obsess over understanding users conducting discovery and crafting solutions that solve real problems not just building cool tech.
You love creating new product categories. Youre drawn to white space comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at translating vague ideas into clear direction and execution.
You care about craft. You believe that user delight comes from sweating the details and delivering thoughtful intuitive experiences. Youre quality-obsessed but efficient and pragmatic in how you deliver.

Youve built successful products or tools that leverage generative AI in a meaningful way.
Youre a video content creator yourself and have a visceral understanding of the workflows and frictions users face.
You have deep domain expertise or networks in the media & entertainment (M&E) industry.
