PT Caregiver - Rosemount

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities PAI is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers/Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Professionals to join our team.

Specifically we are seeking a caregiver to accompany a client to medical appointments. The caregiver will drive to the clients home in Rosemount and ride a mobility vehicle with the client and accompany her to her appointments on Mondays and Thursdays 2:00-5:00pm.

Pay rate: $20 hourly mileage reimbursement. 6 hours per week (2:00-5:00pm on Mon & Thurs).

Key Responsibilities for Caregivers/IHS Professionals:

• Emotional Support: Foster companionship and provide emotional support creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere.
• Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individuals you support.

Job Requirements for IHS Professionals:

• High school degree/G.E.D. and be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass DHS background study and maintain clearance to provide direct services without continuous supervision.
• Reliable vehicle with valid drivers license proof of car insurance and clean driving record required.
