Universal Banker (Roslindale)
The Cooperative Bank (TCB) is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at our Roslindale location!
Overview:
The Universal Banker plays a crucial role in meeting the financial needs of customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This position involves providing top-notch customer service and managing a range of banking operations. The Universal Banker is also committed to owning the customer experience by establishing and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle various customer service operations which include processing customer deposits withdrawals loan payments and safe deposit transactions
- Recommend appropriate solutions to meet customers financial goals and needs
- Accurately process routine account maintenance tasks such as processing debit cards wire transfers account changes and stop payments
- Takes ownership in the development and deepening of customer relationships through proactive onboarding and outreach
- Support branch growth and goal objectives through individual goal achievement and teamwork
Requirements:
- High school degree or GED required
- Six months to two years of proven experience in customer service preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Reliable and trustworthy with a high degree of integrity
- Flexibility to work branch hours including Saturdays if needed
Compensation:
- $24.00/hour
