Essential Role Requirements:

• Must have a strong understanding of the processes of decking and slabs walls columns staircases and lift shafts to effectively support carpenters in their roles
• Familiar with Traditional erect and strike aluminium beam decking systems Panel decking systems and Peri Trio shutters
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills
• Able to read and interpret drawings or willing to learn
• Proactive and able to manage time effectively
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Keen to learn and further develop skills

General Expectations:

• Reliable & punctual
• Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time
• Right to work in the UK

Cards & Qualifications Required:

• CSCS Blue Formwork / Carpentry / Concreting Qualification
• CSCS Green/GQA Labourer

Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications:

• Harness Awareness Certification
• IPAF/PASMA/CPCS/NPORS*/MEWP Qualifications
• Face Fit Certification
• Working at Heights
