As the Product Technician you will report to a Senior R&E Manager and receive direction from the Product Developers. You will work as a member of the Diapers Product Development and Commercialization team and assist on technical programs contributing in a narrow area of specialization. You will support of projects and initiatives through product acquisition bench testing (requests and execution) small scale study planning/placement editing product drawings and specifications product safety and supporting product/material trials and start-ups.
In this role you will:
Support key D&C team programs in various aspects of:
Quality bench test requests and completion
Complete edits of the product specs and drawings
Run spec reports to confirm accuracy and quality
Acquire products for testing
Support commercial line trials and start-ups as necessary
Small scale human use study requests
Lead PPS instructions and requests

In one of our R&D roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
An Associates and 2 years relevant experience or 2 years post high school technical education plus 2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent in relevant education and/or experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Ability to solve problems
Preferred (not essential but desired):
Desired skills include a working knowledge of laboratory techniques and/or equipment/machinery operations plus application of scientific methods.

Salary Range:USDAt Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position is eligible for overtime pay and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience.
