Job Description

Position Description:

Under the direction of the Head Night Custodian the Night Custodian plans organizesand performs the cleaning and minor maintenance of the school during the night shift. Other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements:(Certification training specialty skills or previous experience)

1.Custodial experience desirable but not mandatory.
2.Must be able to cooperate with staff students and the public.
3.Must be able to communicate effectively with adults using the building during the evening hours.
4.Knowledge and ability to use tools used in custodial and maintenance work.
5.High school diploma or equivalent.

6.Bilingual applicants desired but not required.
7.Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.

NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY: 8.0 HOURS PER DAY

NUMBER OF DAYS WORKED PER SCHOOL YEAR: 260 DAYS PER YEAR

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $20.26 - $28.52 PER HOUR (RANGE 11)
