Pay: $27.19-$34.50/hour
*Pay is based off of prior experience
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Team Lead (Warehouse) you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures.

- Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.
- Develop implement and monitor standard workflow compliance.
- Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.
- Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
- Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
- Perform daily inspection of warehouse.
- Track and coordinate the receipt storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office
- Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP- PRE/PRL
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work a split shift schedule and overtime as needed.
