KaylaTek has Inventory Management Analyst position supporting the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) contract. This is a high visibility position supporting a premier Air Force contract.
JOB SUMMARY: The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF) Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Joint Chiefs of Staff and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR missions to include the Pentagon Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) and other locations leased spaces and alternate sites. The major support areas required are: IT Operations and Maintenance; Plans Projects and Engineering (PP&E); and National Military Command Center (NMCC). The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail resulting in a fast-paced challenging but also rewarding environment.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Currently possess at a minimum a Final Secret at a minimum
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management team member supporting execution of tracking hardware assets using automated and management tools in conjunction with manual processes to perform recurring inventories and maintain accurate asset management records.
LOCATION: Pentagon Full time on-site
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Education and experience requirements may be substituted with:
- An associates degree and no experience.
- 3 - 5 years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency levels related to task.
- Education and experience requirements may be substituted with:
- Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude
