Job Description

Medical Office Building-Fort Worth (750 8th Ave)

Summary:

The Manager of ISA Applications is responsible for day to day management of assigned Application and Technical analysts for the support and optimization of an assigned set of applications and resources in order to maintain appropriate functionality and performance utilizing established CCHCS methodologies. These applications include but are not limited to Home Health Facilities and Education etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: communication with vendors and customers and IT resource management including day-to-day assignments workloads and schedules prioritization of issues and tasks and other administrative tasks such as performance reviews interview/hiring processes and budget preparation support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required with 5 years work experience in an IT management supervisor/lead level position OR
  • Bachelors degree with 1-2 years work experience in a management supervisor/lead level plus 5 years experience in Information Technology.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management a plus.
  • Healthcare application support experience strongly desired.

Licensure Registration and/or Certification

  • Health Care Business Applications experience preferred.
  • ITIL foundation certification is a plus
