Essential requirements:

Strong experience in .NET Core (version 8 or later)
Demonstrates proficiency in the core development framework used for the role.

Proficient in C# programming
Essential for backend development and integration tasks.

Experience with Kubernetes
Key for managing containerized applications in a cloud-native environment.

Fluency in Swedish and English
Required for effective communication within cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Great communication skills and team collaboration ability
Vital for working effectively in a newly formed cross-functional team.

Meritorious:
Experience with GitHub Actions
Valuable for automating CI/CD workflows and improving development efficiency.

Familiarity with MongoDB
Helpful for working with non-relational databases in the new application.

Interest in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Indicates a quality-focused development mindset.

Capability to take ownership of applications and drive long-term maintainability
Reflects initiative and responsibility beyond day-to-day coding tasks.

Experience in the banking sector.
