Job Description
Radiology/Mammography Technologist Permanent Role
- Location: Plano TX 75093
- Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Guaranteed: 40 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
- Perform breast imaging procedures using appropriate techniques and protocols.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures clearly and address patient concerns.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.
- Assist in the coordination of biopsies and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficient in mammography techniques including stereotactic and ultrasound-guided procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
- Adherence to clinical standards policies and procedures.
- Efficient time management and multitasking abilities.

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Minimum 2 years of experience in radiology/mammography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Must have BLS certification at hire or within 30 days.
- Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT): Licensed in the State of Texas.
ARRT Certifications:
- ARRT-R-Radiography
- ARRT-M-Mammography
