Job Description
RN - Ortho Permanent Role
- Location: McKinney TX 75071
- Shift: 12 HR Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed: 36 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to orthopedic/trauma patients.
- Monitor and assess patient status and document clinical observations.
- Administer medications wound care and other orthopedic-specific treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must obtain within 30 days of hire if not current.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Med-Surg and/or orthopedic/trauma experience.
