Travel- Surgical Technologist (Contract Role)

Job Details:

Location: Beverly MA 01915
Shift: Day Shift (8) - 8:00 start
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay: $2080 - $2240; (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments are sterile and organized.
Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons registered nurses or other surgical personnel.
Pass instruments and other sterile supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants.
Help prepare patients for surgery by washing shaving and disinfecting incision sites.
Clean and restock operating rooms after surgery.
Participate in the on-call rotation including potential night and weekend shifts.
Float between Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals as needed.

Requirements:

Certification:
- NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification-Required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification-Required
License: Active Massachusetts (MA) license-Required
Experience:
- DaVinci Robotics Proficiency-Required
- Previous Travel Experience-Preferred
- 1 2 years of recent surgical technologist experience.
