About:
The Concrete Foreman oversees all onsite concrete operations managing crews and equipment to ensure safe timely and budget-compliant project completion. Key responsibilities include blueprint interpretation elevation and grade verification heavy equipment operation and enforcing safety protocols specific to concrete construction
Responsibilities:

Read blueprints verify layouts check elevations and grades.

Supervise and direct 2 10 concrete workers daily.

Operate and maintain heavy equipment used onsite.

Conduct and record daily safety tailgate meetings.
-
Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations.

Coordinate with Field Manager and follow job budgets.

Complete daily paperwork and document job progress.

Train crew on concrete placement finishing and safety.
-
Ensure jobsite cleanliness and professional standards.

Report vehicle and equipment maintenance issues.

Safely drive company vehicles (clean driving record required).

5 years experience as a Concrete Foreman with large-scale equipment and selective demo.

Skilled in operating heavy equipment and checking elevations/grades.
-
Geotechnical construction experience preferred.
-
Reliable transportation.
-
High school diploma or GED.
