The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team or department to ensure efficient operations and productivity. They provide guidance support and direction to team members to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of team members
- Set goals and objectives for the team
- Provide training and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the team
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
