Project Engineer Commercial Construction
Bellevue WA

Our client known for delivering high-quality large-scale tenant improvements and complex commercial builds is looking for a Project Engineer to support their growing portfolio of projects from high-rise mixed-use to life science healthcare and tech interiors.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with project architects designers owners and field personnel to ensure alignment across teams.
- Manage RFIs submittals and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with subcontractor buyouts and budget tracking.
- Inspect work for compliance with specifications codes and drawings.
- Provide technical support to project supervisors and superintendents.
- Track and report on project quality control metrics.
- Support BIM coordination and implementation.
- Assist in punch list development and project closeout documentation.
- Promote and apply LEAN principles throughout project phases.
Project Engineer Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience working on commercial TI mixed-use healthcare or institutional projects.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Excel MS Project Bluebeam Procore AutoCAD and Revit

Compensation: $70K - $95K salary with an annual performance bonus
