About the Role
As the Manager CSSR you will oversee Customer Sales and Service Representatives and Event Coordinators ensuring seamless execution of sales service and operational support for events. Youll take ownership of event preparation staff scheduling client relations and customer service operations to uphold Smart Citys reputation for excellence.
This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with strong managerial abilities exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success. Youll work closely with clients exhibitors facility management and internal teams to ensure event service runs efficiently while fostering professional development within your team.
