Job Description
Critical Mass is hiring for a contract Sr Business Analyst! As our Senior Business Analyst you will bridge business needs with digital product delivery for a large-scale client account. You are experienced in gathering and documenting requirements in digital environments and thrive in cross-functional collaborative settings. You are comfortable leading meetings translating business needs into actionable tasks and working with both internal teams and external partners.
You Will:
- Lead the requirements gathering documentation and translation of business creative and technical needs into actionable tasks (eg JIRA tickets)
- Support the launch and evolution of an AI-enabled digital product focusing on integration of pre-curated content through AI platforms
- Collaborate closely with content strategy UX creative and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Champion and implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices including leading and participating in Program Increment (PI) planning
- Support the transition to product-centric ways of working making data-driven recommendations based on KPIs and analytics
- Analyze and improve business processes ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance standards
- Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders agency teams and technical partners facilitating effective communication and consensus
- Ensure that requirements testing and documentation meet the standards necessary for compliance security and successful delivery
You Have:
- 35 years experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner or Product Manager in digital/web development environments
- Hands-on experience with SAFe or scaled agile methodologies and participation in PI planning
- Proficiency with JIRA Figma Confluence and analytics tools
- Exposure to AI platform integration and digital content workflows
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Experience producing key project artifacts such as requirements documents user stories process flows and test plans
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Eligibility to work on government contracts (US citizen or green card holder; able to obtain required security clearance)
