The Opportunity
Were looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join our high-performing Sales team supporting our SME customers across Specialties packaging. Based in Reservoir youll be the primary contact for your customer portfolioensuring every conversation drives service loyalty and results.
This is a fast-paced role with a high degree of autonomy. Alongside managing existing accounts youll actively identify and pursue new business opportunities - working both warm and cold leads to grow your portfolio and support our broader sales strategy. Youll need to bring confidence initiative and a genuine passion for customer relationships and business development.
What Youll Do
- Manage a dedicated telesales customer base with regular strategic outreach
- Build long-term relationships by delivering consistent solution-based service
- Prospect and convert new business opportunities across target segments
- Proactively follow up on warm leads and generate cold leads to grow your portfolio
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a One Visy experience
- Apply your product knowledge to identify new solutions and upselling opportunities
- Balance competing priorities and stay on top of all customer touchpoints
What Youll Bring
- Experience in B2B or internal sales - ideally within FMCG packaging or manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in new business generation and customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
- Great time management and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
- A self-driven solutions-focused attitude and a strong team spirit
