Job Description
Job Skills / Requirements
The Special Response Team is the Tip of the Spear on a very active contract. The designated SRT members will serve as an example for other Invicta Protection Specialists. They will understand and comply with Denver and client trespass protocols detainments searches and documentation.
The SRT primary goal is to remove non-residents from property and provide safety to residents as well as support to static guards in some locations. They will patrol each property in its entirety and will remove any individuals camping or loitering on the property. Any persons in the building or on the trespass list are subject to detainment and Denver police action. Proper documentation of daily activities (DAR) and Incident Reports (IR) will be submitted at the end of every shift. All SRT members will communicate effectively during pass downs with the reliving team and the Account Manager.
Requirements
- Valid CO Drivers License
- Able to possess Denver Armed Security Badge
- Pass IET and Firearm Qualification with 90%
- Pass PAT (Physical Agility Test)
- Demonstrates proper documentation
- Excellent Customer Communication
- Capable of working in adverse weather conditions
- Working in a team environment
Preferred
- CPR/First Aid
- Arrest Control
- Prior experience in Military or Law Enforcement
- Trauma Informed Care
- De-escalation training
The successful candidate will work in an unarmed capacity on static role while training and onboarding.
