Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of account management and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service and timely communication
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products to existing clients
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice to clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Proactively address client inquiries concerns and claims to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of personal lines account management experience preferred
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - required
- An active L&H (Life and Health) License is preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
