Job Description
Are you a courtroom-savvy litigator with a passion for advocacy and trial work
I am working with a well respected firm that is located south of Atlanta. They are looking to add anAssociate Attorney with 2 years of experience in personal injury insurance defense or criminal defense to their growing team. This is a full-time onsite position offering competitive pay performance bonuses and full benefits.
What Youll Do:
Handle your own caseload from start to finish
Argue motions conduct depositions and manage discovery
Appear in court for hearings trials and settlement conferences
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and staff
Keep clients informed and confident throughout the process
What You Bring:
JD from an accredited law school
Active Georgia Bar license
2 years litigation experience (PI defense or criminal)
Trial experience (first or second chair required)
Strong writing research and courtroom skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
