Were looking for a smart and motivated Product Specialist to:
1. Help customers succeed with Topaz Video AI through answering questions and creating tutorials videos other documentation.
2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience & own the process of implementing them.
This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do this role will naturally grow into a higher-leverage role in product marketing or customer operations.

About you
- Youre a videographer editor designer or artist that would use our software
- You have an unusually strong work ethic
- You think from first principles and focus on the core issues
- You have excellent writing
- Nice to have: Youve read Delivering Happiness Made to Stick or Setting the Table

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company. We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the companys growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees 15 days annual PTO plus holidays and 401k matching. This is a full-time onsite role in Dallas TX and we will ask you to relocate if youre not in the area.
