Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan. We are looking for a competent Recruitment Trainee with a foundational understanding of HR practices.

Location: Kampala Uganda
Reporting: Client Relations Manager- Strategic Markets-Recruitment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Trainee to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment function by assisting in attracting screening and onboarding top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms including job boards and social media
- Review and screen incoming applications based on established criteria
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and related reports
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating induction activities
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events when required
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team including filing and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship or volunteer experience in HR/recruitment are encouraged to apply

- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proactive and self-driven with a willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
