Ko t mtou mahi Our role
This role offers unrivalled exposure to the full breadth and depth of our business and youll have an influential role in realising our biggest opportunities and tackling our biggest challenges.
As General Counsel youll lead the legal function to provide sector-leading and business-focussed legal counsel and guidance to support the achievement of Vectors strategic and operational objectives while ensuring Vector effectively navigates the complex legal environment to the highest standards of governance and integrity.
Te hunga e kimihia ana e mtau Who we are looking for
- Youll hold at least a Bachelor of Laws and be admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand with a current practicing certificate
- Youll have a wealth of relevant senior legal and commercial experience
- Youll be results-orientated and demonstrate a strong track record of delivery
- Youll be business focussed and equally comfortable working at all levels of the organisation and utilise your exceptional interpersonal collaboration and influencing skills to build meaningful productive relationships internally and externally
- Naturally youll be resilient with the courage to stand up for whats right and Vectors interests. Throughout youll demonstrate the highest standards of personal integrity and ethics.
