Job Description
In this role you will be leading Digital Technology (DT) projects centered around enterprise applications data and infrastructure. You may manage multiple geographically distributed projects simultaneously which may occasionally require travel to different company locations.
- You are responsible for the professional leadership of highly motivated project teams while collaborating with various stakeholders across different locations.
- Plan manage and control cross-departmental DT service projects with a focus on enterprise applications data management and the related infrastructure.
- Gather requirements from business units structure them and develop professional solution approaches.
- Plan lead and manage both internal and external project resources.
- Coordinate projects from initiation to successful implementation in collaboration with business units while actively managing project risks and changes (budget scope timeline etc.).
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to time budget and scope targets through effective project controlling.
Qualifications :
- Completed university degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Business Administration or a related field ideally combined with a project management certification.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience as a project manager in multiple Digital Technology areas with responsibility for project planning execution and implementation.
- Experience with large-scale and global application projects with knowledge of multiple enterprise application systems such as CRM CPQ ERP or others.
- Familiarity with system and data integration across enterprise systems data migration system performance cybersecurity and compliance; experience in sales-related projects and customer-facing solutions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of waterfall agile and hybrid implementation frameworks and tools used in project portfolio management. Besides that you are familiar with the terminology of enterprise data architecture as well as DT infrastructure cloud and AI.
- High process-orientation with a high level of initiative and conceptual as well as analytical thinking to perform the described tasks accurately.
- Strong leadership decision-making and conflict resolution skills when collaborating with teams business units third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as senior stakeholders such as C-level executives.
- Experience with organizational change management and adoption strategies to ensure end-user buy-in and successful go-live.
- Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
