Job Description
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in client reporting and valuations Were looking for a proactive and inspiring individual to manage our Cardiff-based team ensuring the accurate delivery of portfolio valuations NAV calculations and client reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact working with both UK and international clients in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and coaching a team to deliver high-quality client and valuation reports
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and data owners
- Promoting a culture of control accuracy and continuous improvement
- Overseeing the production and review of reports to ensure consistency and timeliness
- Acting as the main escalation point for reporting and valuation issues
- Supporting audit processes and driving process improvement projects
- Maintaining robust data governance and ensuring data integrity
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in a supervisory or team management role
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Vermilion)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- An understanding of portfolio valuation and fund structures (training provided)
- A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
