Job Description

 

Within the Execution Business Process Owner (BPO) team participates in the stabilization and evolution of the Atlas v2 Trading system. The position should cover the needs of the functional designs in order to incorporate SAGE business flows into ATLAS V2.

Day to day tasks:

  • Review non-MVP PBIs (incl priorities & acceptance criteria) created by BAs and propose improvements in collaboration with the global BPO team
  • Specify and collaborate with DT&A to develop BI reports for Execution

business requirements and deploy new System solution

  • Map and understand business processes including improvement opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Work with local network of stakeholders to explain ATLAS functionalities and validate new workflows
  • Work on migration test cases non regression testing UAT and training documentation.

improvement of live countries support processes

  • Drive improvement potential identification
  • Follow-up on system / process enhancements
  • Communicate on new features & processes and support end user training
  • Strengthen local key user network

Qualifications :

Experience and education required:

  • Experience as a process owner business analyst or similar role
  • Analytical skill
  • Strong ability to gather & analyze information define problems and form an action plan
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning
  • Atlas and agri-business sector knowledge is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English

 

Technical skills/knowledge :   Excel Power point Word any Commodity Front office system is an advantage
