Job Description
- Process complex invoices consistently accurately and timely
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Monitor AP email box and provide timely response
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments as issues arise.
Qualifications :
- 3 years Accounts Payable Experience
- High attention to detail
- High accuracy rate
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on a close-knit team
- Ability to follow set procedures consistently
- Excellent Communication
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge
