Group Conference & Events Sales Manager Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel
Based in Dublins vibrant Docklands leading the Events Sales Team at Anantara The Marker delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic planning operational excellence and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full event lifecyclefrom enquiry to executionfor conferences weddings and corporate events
Collaborate with Sales Revenue and F&B teams to ensure seamless on-brand event delivery
Drive revenue growth through effective forecasting budgeting and cost control
Lead train and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Leading Hotels of the World (LQA) standards
Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

Qualifications :
Currently in a similar role in a luxury hotel with one to two years experience.
Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time.
